I have been with Mercy for a long time now. They have sent me very trustworthy help. My helper's name is Destiny Claspell. She cleans my appt. for me. She knows what to do, and she does it well. I do not have to babysit her. She goes right about her business. She does whatever I ask her to do, and is happy to do it. She is also my companion. Hello! My name is Debra. I am a client of Mercy Home Care. I've been a client of theirs for at least a year and a half, maybe more. I am taking the time to share my opinion of them because I am so well pleased with them. I started out with them, receiving personal assistance and home care. I no longer need personal care, but I was very well pleased with the personal assistant I had when I needed that help. She was well qualified, trustworthy, and kind. I am still receiving home care. Destiny Claspell is my home care giver. She is equally as wonderful. We just "click". She goes about ger work, and I do not have to babysit her. She knows her work and she does it well. Above her regular duties, she also does anything else I ask her to do. She is also trustworthy and kind. She is my friend. Also, on several occasions, I've spoken with Malasia and Kara on the phone. They r both so wonderful. Actually, they have both been at my home as well. They r like family to me. I would not say all this if it weren't true. I would recommend Mercy Home Care to anyone needing help. They get a "5" star rating from me. Very happy😃.
