Made an appointment March 7th for the good Friday Easter weekend for 3 cars at my home to be detailed, all were Easter gifts for my mother and my wife. Raj tells me he will be there 100% even if by himself if he needed to be for a mobile clean on all 3 cars plus each car was going to take 4 hrs so they all had to stay. I changed my plans and told my 80yr old mother that I needed her car on Friday.Raj texts me 1 day before the appointment and tells me hes not coming now and told me April 12 I can reschedule. He ruined my Easter gifts for my mother and wife. Ruin my mother's plans and ruined my wife's with my plans.I've been in the customer care business for 30yrs and this is truly unprofessional and not reliable so I would suggest go elsewhere, it's not a customer commited company.

Great experience with this mobile car detailing service. John was friendly, polite, and very professional. He arrived right on time and did a thorough deep cleaning of the interior, removing all the salt damage from winter. He even gave the exterior a nice rinse, leaving everything looking spotless. Highly recommend!
