Took my 2025 jeep gladiator in for alignment check and adjust my headlights. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism in resolving my concerns. I will patronize Precision Off Road in the future. Highly recommend!

Jay and the crew at Precision Off Road are expert wrenchers and wheelers with decades of experience. Incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and never tried blowing smoke. If you're in central Florida looking for an offroad shop, stop your search and give them a call.I had a mild suspension lift installed in June 2025 on a new-ish platform with limited aftermarket support at that time. Jay's advice and guidance lined up with my research, which gave me even more confidence that they'd do a great job. They were meticulous with the install and I remain very satisfied.I've since moved and had my shocks serviced. My new shop complimented the previous work, which reminded me that I never wrote this review.Quality work, great customer service and care, and a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Great experience at this facility, Friendly people, very knowledgeable on the different tonneau covers i was interested in. I purchased a cover, their staff installed it in a short time while I waited. Will definitely do all my truck product purchases with them!!
