Dr Jess Quach and the whole team at Downs dental clinic have been terrific. After orthodontic treatment as a kid, my teeth decided they wanted to return to where they were when I was 11 …. a long time ago! Jess used the Invisalign system to encourage them back into a better place. In addition she replaced an old poorly fitted crown, tidied up some chipping and generally has given me a great smile. She even fitted me in despite having a new baby (way above and beyond!). Incredible dentistry - amazing attention to detail. Careful and pain free. And brilliant patient service all the way through from Jess and Alicia and all the dental assistants. Thank you Jess and team. Harry and Shaz were both a great help the other day. They were incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. A fantastic dental practice – The reception staff and dental team and very friendly, helpful, and always do a great job. The clinic is always kept neat and tidy and the waiting roof is very comfortable. Parking on site could be tricky if you've got a particular large car

I went into my appointment complaining of toothache and came out less than an hour later having had my wisdom tooth removed!Dr Harun Mulla was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know about the procedure, the implications of not having the procedure and gave me options of how I’d like to proceed. Despite the extraction being pretty gruelling, as expected, I was made to feel very comfortable and was reassured throughout by Harun and the dental nurse (Liv I believe!) - I even laughed throughout!It was my first visit to Downs Dental after only moving to the area 4 months ago but I would recommend the practice to anyone. Now to hope and pray the recovery is as smooth sailing as the procedure!

Had my second appointment today with Dr David and Olivia for a clean and Invisalign scanning and honestly, this is my tooth fairy castle for life!! Worth the 30 minute drive for me. The team are so lovely from reception to the chair, so many laughs and generally just a great service over all (most thorough clean I’ve had..ever). From a gal with childhood dental trauma, Downs Dental Clinic has restored my faith 🥹👌🏽 super excited to see my end result! 🧚🏻 🦷

The entire staff team at Downs Dental clinic is wonderful. Dr Harun is a fantastic dentist who really cares about his patients. I had to have my filling changed on my front tooth, and both he and dental nurse Sharon were wonderful. I have always left happy with the outcome of my visit. They were funny (especially Sharon), great at their jobs, and also very kind and considerate. I highly recommend Downs Dental Clinic. The receptionist is lovely, and the dental hygienist is very warm and does a fantastic job. If you are afraid of dentists, I think this team could change your feelings toward them.
