Finding a hospice provider for a loved one when you've never done it before can be daunting, especially when you have to deal with a dozen other things at the same time. While I'm always a little skeptical of Google reviews, First Call was by far the highest rated in the area, so I decided to take a chance on them.I'm very, very glad I did. Lisa (our main nurse), Alexis, Coco, and Shantae were all incredibly caring, helpful, and available when we needed them. They are exactly the kind of people you want in a time like this. They made my father's last days brighter, and I'm incredibly grateful for them.I also want to thank Magdaline, Oksana, Samantha, and Keith. Hopefully I haven't forgotten anyone.
