Doug and his team were amazing throughout the construction process. Our project encompassed a complete reno of our daughter's bathroom and the installation of a second floor laundry. The work was very high quality, completed on time, and at a competitive price. As a business owner that works with vendors on a daily basis I'm very discerning and LPS did not disappoint. I highly recommend LPS and will choose them for our next project.

I’ve used LPS twice now and have been extremely happy with the results. First time was for a 3 bathroom remodel project which went very well. Communication was good, quality of work was stellar, and project duration was just a couple of days over what was projected. That was mostly due to materials shortages in what was ordered tile wise. We used two sets of the same style of tiles but had too much of one type of tile (polished for shower walls) and not enough of another (unpolished for floors). LPS is a project oriented company with a project management process. They measured all the areas needing tile and passed that info along to the design center company they work with (Mosaic in Chantilly). Once we picked out our materials LPS reviews the order paperwork from Mosaic for to confirm it is accurate for the project needs so this should have been caught in the materials review but slipped through the cracks. In any case thanks to this being a regularity stocked tile the problem was resolved quickly once discovered and that was basically the only stumbling block in a pretty extensive remodel. LPS prepped the adjacent spaces to minimize the impact of the renovation in our house and a thorough clean up after the project left no indication that the house had a 3 bathroom remodel other than the finished product.The second project was much less involved, doing drywall repairs and painting three rooms. The quality of work was again stellar and done with professional and meticulous attention to detail. And again the prep before and cleanup afterwards ensured there were no signs of their having been there other that to final result. As mentioned LPS is a project oriented company so straight forward interior painting as a standalone “project” isn’t normally in their wheelhouse but given we were a returning customer they gladly accommodated our request and glad they did. Very happy and would highly recommend them.

We just completed a fairly extensive remodeling project with LPS and we are very happy with their work. We built a study, added a bay window to the master bedroom, moved the laundry room upstairs and converted a covered patio to an all weather sunroom. The whole process from our initial discussion with Doug, to design and final construction was smooth. Tony, our project manager was excellent and very responsive and worked with us from the design phase to ensure that they captured what we wanted. There were some schedule slippage but they tried to make it up by working weekends and ultimately finished a couple of weeks later than originally planned. While there were some miscommunications along the way, overall they delivered excellent quality work.

The LPS team, along with our designer SK Interiors, provided the best all-around construction experience I have encountered. Our project included an addition, master bath/closet remodel, and a new roof. The attention to detail, quality of work, and follow through made the disruption of a large-scale construction project as minimal as possible. Our beautiful new bathroom and closet were completed on time, on budget, and without any of the run-around that has become synonymous with contractors. Doug, the owner of LPS, even checked in on the project truly showing that the entire company is focused on delivering a quality product with outstanding customer service. I would happily with with the LPS team again and look forward to our next project together.

LPS is a dream company to work with. They recently renovated our master bathroom. We went into the project with a lot of closets, too many doors, and space we wanted to maximize. We ended with a renovated master bath that we love, and a master closet that can fit everything in a way that we need to (and we went from 7 doors in a tiny space to 2 pocket doors that totally changed the flow for the better.)No renovation project is without minor hiccups along the way. Vents we didn’t know existed until we opened up the walls is one thing we faced on this project. Their expertise made the necessary change easy for us.I highly recommend LPS and look forward to our next renovation with them.

LCPS renovated two of my bathrooms and they both look beautiful. The quality of the work was excellent and they responded to all my questions and concerns during the process. The tool they used to communicate and handle invoicing was very easy to use and made the process a lot easier. There were a couple costs that popped up during the process vs. getting communicated in advance like the shower glass and sink-tops. These things are purchased separately which is why they didn't come up, so I would recommend asking early in the process if there will be any items purchased outside of the initial materials order and estimated costs of those.

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with LPS Residential, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The transformation is stunning — we couldn’t be happier with the results!Our project manager, Noe, and his team (especially Geo) were incredible. They were hardworking, friendly, and so detail-oriented. We actually looked forward to seeing them each day! Noe was on-site every morning and at the end of each day to check progress and make sure we were happy — that level of care and communication made all the difference.The team moved quickly and efficiently without ever cutting corners, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself.
