We had 2 fairly small items when I called, and it turns out one I was able to resolve myself beforehand and when he got here the tech (Elliot) found the other to be not as serious as we thought. Handyman was very honest and readily adjusted their invoice for the work done. Elliot was very knowledgeable and easily came up with the less serious solution and inspected (and improved on) my resolution of the first item. Definitely will be contacting them again in the future if needed.
