This was my first time dealing with this company and from the first phone call to set up an appointment until the service was done they were wonderful.The girl who booked my appointment was pleasant and very helpful. John who performed the pump out service was great! He was on time and completely explained everything he was doing. We had a nice chat while he worked and he was done in a very timely manner. Sonlight Services was so great to work with. It was easy to schedule online and they emailed and texted me reminders, updates when they were on their way, and a checklist. Matt was very friendly and was gracious in answering all of our questions. They were almost $200 less than what Berks quoted. I highly recommend Sonlight!
