Everything went well. Arrived earlier than anticipated, but it was fine. Pleasant staff. We had access already exposed since last time that person couldn't find it even though we gave him a good idea where it was. We found it right away & were ready this time.

This was my first time dealing with this company and from the first phone call to set up an appointment until the service was done they were wonderful.The girl who booked my appointment was pleasant and very helpful. John who performed the pump out service was great! He was on time and completely explained everything he was doing. We had a nice chat while he worked and he was done in a very timely manner. Used Sonlight 3 years ago when I needed my septic pumped and they were great to work with, so I called them again this year! Very polite and gave me all the info I needed, plus took care of paperwork so I didn't have too! Definitely recommend! Isaac explained everything and was very polite!
