I have been attending Halsa since July for chiropractic sessions with Courtney. This follows a very painful slipped disc resulting in a trapped nerve in my lumbar spine. I have been very impressed with the steady improvement over the weeks and can now walk freely with no pain or discomfort, and no walking aids.The centre in Marlow is always welcoming and friendly, making you feel comfortable. Courtney is very calm and explains clearly what he is aiming to achieve. His careful handling and huge encouragement ha meant a great deal in building my confidence to walk freely again. Booked in desperation after suffering neck to trapezius pain for 4 weeks, which was gradually worsening to numbness in hand. Tried osteopath 3 visits & GP who sent me to hospital to rule out a mild stroke, but no solution for pain. Today after one visit & some adjustments I finally have some relief. A way to go but feel so much better & pain gone from a 7 to a 2/3. Brilliant treatment plan!

Himani (Physiotherapy):I woke up one morning with a bad thigh that only got worse as the week went on — walking and normal daily activities made it excruciating, and by the end of the week I was limping badly. My GP couldn't do anything immediately; I'd have needed to go back for a review to see if it had worsened before a referral could even be made. Fortunately my work medical cover through Bupa referred me to physio, and I booked in with Halsa in Marlow.I'll admit I was sceptical — I'd never had physio before and couldn't see how it would help. The results were immediate... I walked in limping and in pain and walked out the same day almost pain-free and moving a lot better. A few more sessions with Himani sorted out the root cause in my muscles, and I'm now fully back to normal.Thank you, Himani, for looking after me and giving me my legs back!

She is always greeted with a wonderful, bright smile and has an incredible amount of energy and positivity.I had a particular issue during my treatment which could easily have become frustrating, but Sharon handled the situation with such patience, professionalism and genuine understanding.
