I have felt very well looked after by Sasha at Halsa in New Malden. She is attentive, gentle and very positive. She diagnosed what the problem was and has adjusted me twice a week ever since which has reduced the pain enormously. The reception staff are friendly and reassuring too so I have always felt welcomed and supported as I heal. I would heartily recommend the team at Halsa.

I had been referred by my doctor to have various Xrays and scans to investigate my swollen abdomen and lower and mid back pain, I also followed a diet that a nutritionist had recommended, tried Acupuncture and deep tissue massage, I have morning and evening physical routines, part of which is a long walk which was becoming difficult due to the pain in my back and it was getting harder to stand upright, it got to the point where I was only able to walk leaning forward for about 10 metres and had to spend most of my days sitting upright in a chair and feeling miserable.I remember going to a Chiropractor for back problems a couple of decades ago and was successfully treated, I found Halsa online and decided to try them to see if they could help, I'm so glad I did.I have been having treatment with Courtney for the past 4 weeks and am very pleased with the results, as well as getting movement into my back and reducing the pain, I am walking upright 90 percent of the time and have started going on my long walks again, he advised me to change some of my exercises and has given me a few simple exercises to do as part of my routine, which I do every day.I have also lost 3kg, the swelling in my abdomen has nearly gone, my bowel movements are at the best they have been in years, it feels like all of my internal organs have been woken up and are working as they should be, this treatment has gone beyond my expectations, I'm a very happy customer.This is an ongoing treatment for me and I highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from the same problems.
