From the top class chiropractor (Dr Rhys) to the team on reception making sure that sessions are booked and the reminders are sent everything has been made so smooth.Dr Rhys has really helped with significant lower back pain and has helped me start on a journey of self care not only for my back but also for my overall wellbeing. Sasha lifted a heavy load off my back from day 1 (no puns intended!). I was heavily worried that I couldn't work anymore but after our first chat, I was instantly more confident and less anxious. The sessions that followed helped relieve my lower back pain after that. She walked me through the process and warned me about potential aches that would follow after each treatment which also helped with the worrying part.
