I was very quickly introduced to Dr. Pete, a very talented an knowledgeable chiropractor, someone that I personally have alot of confidence in. The other very cool treatment available at in touch with health is Acupuncture. Dr Richard Kitaeff was introduced to me as the OG of acupuncture. He graduated from Japnease University of Acupuncture back in 1975, and he was the first to introduce this treatment here in the Northwest. I had my first massage with Heather and it was one of the best massages I’ve had! She worked through the knots on my neck and shoulders. The bed was heated and it went low enough for me to get on East (I’m 5’ tall). I also see Kathleen regularly and I love her! She uses lavender which I love. Most in depth chiropractic experience I've ever had. The focus isn't just on getting the cracks, but more of a holistic approach. We did some lazer therapy and after each session they would have me lay on a "bed" of ice or heat while a machine rolled my back out. It was great. I made an appointment with them ~2 weeks ago. The appointment is for Monday and today I receive a call saying they don't bill my insurance Cigna. I ask for my options. I'm told the cost. I then ask if they can print the forms for me to send to Cigna so it can at least count against my deductible if I decide to pay out of pocket. The woman just repeated "We don't bill to Cigna". Well I didn't ask you to - I asked you to print forms for me to send to Cigna which is the other way health insurance works even fi they won't reimburse me. I tell her this and again "We don't bill to Cigna". Apparently they don't understand my question and since they can't confirm they'll be able to print paperwork for me to send to Cigna I cancelled. 1) You should've called much closer to when I booked the appointment since I filled out the paperwork then. 2) You should be able to generate a form I can send to Cigna so it counts against my deductible even if I'm paying out of pocket. She was so determined to not have me as a customer she just kept repeating her script. Less

I had just gotten off the plane from the East Coast. I was in so much pain with Siatica. I called this office and they got me right in. Dr. Peter worked on me and was very thorough. When I called, they were professional and polite. I was able to get a booking for massage therapy the very next day to help with a horrible tension headache pending my professional referral. The therapist helping me specialized in craniosacral massages, which helped with tension around my head, neck, and spine. I felt much better after my initial session already. This is one of the best place in town to do cupping and Acupuncture and Massage. I had a shoulder surgery done 2 years ago in September and covid came and wasn't able to do my PT. Ended up with a frozen shoulder and then a spine issue. I have been seeing them for 2 weeks now and my pain levels has gown down dramatically. The best part about them is that they are willing to work with my PT from my doctors office. Between Lindsey my PT and Jun Wu my Acupuncture and Heather the Massage therapist. I can say with a 💯guarantee that I will be back to normal or even better. The best medicine is when Western medicine and Eastern medicine works together with the help of spirituality. This was my 1st time of having a massage therapy, therefore I called my insurance to check the duration of the session and was told I was covered for 90 minutes each time. I arrived 20 minutes early with already prefilled and pre printed form to make it easier for them and to be on time. I asked for a 90 minute session to which the front desk lady immidiately said no to. She said that regence doesn't cover for 90 minute session they always only cover 60 minutes. I told her that I called before coming in but she still insisted on an hour. She didn't call my insurance to make sure I was telling the truth and she had plently of time to do that since I came in early. 5 minutes to session starting she asked me to follow her and when I did she was like it's too early to go in, and I got confused but massuse said it was ok so I entered. After I changed the massuse came in 5 minutes later into the room and said if you decide to leave early let me know please, it is tottally going to be ok if you decide to leave early. She then added, a lot of people get tired of getting a full hour of massage sometimes and they leave after 30 minutes. To me it sounded like she was asking me to leave as early as possible. Why would I leave in 30 minites if Im paying for 90 and only gettin 60 by force? Then the massuse informed that she would only work on my upper body today. She didn't even ask if I wanted my lower body to be worked on or not. And I walked into the therapy after days of research on how to appear before a massage therapist. I'm a pettit woman and I took a full bath before coming in so there is no way there was a smell or anything coming from me to repell others. I have a great hygene. Brushed and flossed my teeth etc. May be she felt bad for me for not getting the 90 min session I don't know.Anyways, I will give credit to the massuse for being nice during rest of the massage. And will give her credit for working on my hand which was hurting and the overall work that was done that day, but a major minuse is given to the unfriedly, unaccomodating front desk lady. I was gonna leave 1 star but I can't just ignore some of the work done by a massuse so I added 2 more. Pretty much sums up my experience. Will I come back to visit these 2 lovely ladies? The answer is NO. I beleive their practice will bloom without my future presence there. Less

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, they even kept my mother entertained while she was waiting for me. The doctor was very thorough with his explanations/expectations of progress, along with recommendations for improvement. Massage therapy was excellent from my head to my toes, it has been a long time since I had a massage that covered from head to toe. It was very relaxing and she was able to give some relief to my troubled areas. Cant wait to go back! Less
