We were referred to Eric and are happy to have found him. Very impressed with the level of communication, problem solving on potential issues before arriving and after, ease of scheduling and knowledge from Eric. He did a great job fitting us in much earlier than I would have expected. Pricing was very fair and much more reasonable than other plumbers in the area we’ve worked with in the past.

I have been meaning to get this review in. I highly recommend White Oak Plumbing! Eric and his son make a fantastic father-son team, and I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge, honesty, and thoroughness.I originally needed help with a jacuzzi tub that wasn’t operating properly, as well as a garbage disposal. Another company had come out first and told me I needed a new pump and switch, with an estimate of over $1,500. We’ve always had a great experience with Hendrickson Plumbing, and they referred me to Eric at White Oak because he specializes in jacuzzi tubs and other repairs.Eric is a master plumber with a tremendous amount of experience, and it showed immediately. He quickly figured out that the jacuzzi motor was simply stuck from calcium or mineral buildup. Instead of replacing expensive parts that were still perfectly good, he got the motor moving again and even made a small metal tool for me and showed me how to free it up myself if it happens again. He was extremely thorough and made sure everything was working correctly. He also took apart the air switch and found that it was jammed as well. In the end, nothing on the jacuzzi needed to be replaced, and he saved me $800.Eric then replaced my garbage disposal and noticed that the existing pipe configuration could potentially contribute to leaking in the future. He offered to reconfigure it while he was there to help prevent future problems. What also impressed me was how organized they were. They arrived prepared with all of the parts and supplies they needed and didn’t have to make multiple trips to the hardware store. They were efficient without ever feeling rushed.Eric’s son was also incredibly kind, smart, and helpful. They work very well together and were both a pleasure to have in our home.It is so refreshing to find a company that focuses on actually diagnosing and repairing a problem rather than immediately replacing expensive equipment. Eric told me to call anytime if I needed anything, and I absolutely will.White Oak Plumbing has definitely earned my business. A knowledgeable, honest, organized, and genuinely great father-son team. I will absolutely use them again!

I had an outdoor water leak, I made the call and a person actually picked up right away! Unlike other companies, he was able to give me a quote over the phone and that turned to be pretty accurate.A couple of days later Him and his young son came and fixed it within 30 minutes, Communications are clear and honest, highly recommend them.

Eric is very conscientious. During the last check he stayed long enough to note a faulty T-joint. He explained all my options & answered my questions. His work is outstanding
