We had a newborn in the home and suddenly we couldn’t shower or wash clothes because the drain backed up into our basement in the late afternoon.Called White Oak and they said they had another job but would be over later in the afternoon. Most other plumbers said they couldn’t even perform the drain clearing we needed.Got to our house at 4:30pm and stayed til the job was done. Showed me exactly what they were doing and were very personable. There seems to be a reason they still have 5 stars with so many reviews.5/5 would hire again.

Very responsive; reasonable rates. Called on a Saturday morning with a crawlspace leak under the kitchen sink and Eric was here by 1pm and done in about an hour

I was happy to discover White Oak Plumbing. We wanted to have one of our toilets replaced( 28 years old and just not doing the job sufficiently).Eric responded via phone call the same day I contacted him and we discussed logistics and costs fully.During the job, Eric also discussed what he was doing. Cleanup was excellent.The new toilet has been in now a full week and we are happy with its' operation.White Oak Plumbing- Eric is a licensed and bonded plumber. Professional. Eric at White Oak is a top-notch contractor. He did a wonderful job installing my KindWater filtration system. He routed a complete bypass system and a quick-drain valve, which is something I would have never considered. He was on-time, efficient, and left the job site spotless. We will definitely call on him for future plumbing needs.

Eric did a great job, was able to come sooner than the other plumbers I contacted and worked around some obstacles from previous installation errors. He replaced an angle stop that ended up having to be cut off, he installed a new tub diverter and he tightened a faucet for me. The new spout for the tub diverter wouldn’t fit because the original spout was placed too close to the handle but he figured it out. At first, I thought it was too much at $398 for an hour and a half but when I ran it through ChatGPT, they said that was a fair price. It’s nice to have somebody that’s licensed and insured, but you do have to pay for it. He was also very personable answering all my questions about other plumbing concerns.
