Eric came out the next morning and was prompt. Spent the time to clear out the kitchen drain pipe thoroughly, using his pipe camera as he cleaned off pockets of gunk. He than replaced some original piping that was incorrectly installed. I would definitely call him again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Eric came promptly after we called about our terrible blockage which he worked on under the lights into the evening. He made a video showing the problem and got it taken care of. He's a great communicator and would use him again.

Had an emergency leak at a rental property on a Friday night. I called around and no one was answering, thankfully Eric picked up (even though it was during his own dinner) and was able to help me out I sent him some photos of the busted hose bib and he was able to give me an fair price quote. He came out quickly and repaired and replaced the broken bib and spout and the repair came out under the quote. It’s hard to find quality people to help in an emergency. Thankfully Eric and White Oak is 24/7. Easy to save him as a contact and pass his business card to friends and family.

I had a fast-leak valve and called several plumbers but none could come until the next day or 2! Leak was so fast I had shut off the water main-no water for 2 days?! That should have labeled it an emergency! Eric came within a couple of hours and fixed it all up in another hour. Cleaned up everything, too, and verified no more leaks before he left. Thanks very much again, Eric; major save.

Adding to the list of 5 star reviews! Very pleased with White Oak Plumbing. Eric showed up in a timely manner and was the ONLY plumber in the last five + years to actually address the issue.Some details. I've been dealing with clogged drains in a property I own ever since I bought it. I would have a plumber out, he would snake the line, saying it's all taken care of, and a few months later it would be clogged again. Eric took the time to actually diagnose the issue. The main line was fully stopped, he determined it hadn't been fully snaked in many years. Instead, the other guys most likely just punched a small hole in it - just enough to get it flowing.Anyway, Eric spent a few hours snaking all of the lines, then he scoped them as well, insuring they were fully clear. And he spent the time fully explaining what he did. He's been the only plumber I've really felt comfortable with. Cannot recommend him enough!!

I was having a septic & plumbing issue. Eric was able to come out right away to assess what was going on with the plumbing. He cleared multiple clogs & even ran a camera line to make sure everything was clear.He used the right equipment & cost MUCH LESS than the half a dozen corporate plumbers I've had out here in the past.
