I had a great experience with them! They were able to come out in the morning to help me get into my F-150 truck to get my locked keys. The service was quick and easy. They were very kind and professional, and it honestly only took about 3 minutes for them to unlock the door. I really appreciate how fast and helpful they were. Definitely recommend! Super responsive with getting my lost KIA key fob programmed. Then when my dealer supplied program code for the fob was wrong as he gave me the emergency key blank cut code by mistake. Ben provided the code for a fee to finish the fob programming.that night. My new blank key off Amazon. He stayed until my new Fob and key was done and working. He even showed me how the emergency key is used which KIA doesn’t show in their owners manual. Part of the drivers drivers door must be removed to access the door lock to access the door key lock. EXCELLENT SERVICE
