I am leaving a 5 star reaview but I did have some issues. I needed my laundry back on Monday for the Air BNB flip, so I had to drop off on Sunday. The self service kiosks are not very user friendly for a first time user. When I receved my invoice is was over $400 more than I was expecting. When I picked up I was able to speak with a rep and she explained why and then issued me a $150 refund. She was great, but there needs to be better instructions if you plan to opperate an un manned store.

I recently tried Clean N Press Dry Cleaners in Woodbury, MN for the first time and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient from drop-off to pickup. They did an excellent job cleaning my 3 dress shirts and 2 suits — everything came back looking fresh, crisp, and spotless.I also appreciated the 30% off new customer discount, and it was great to learn they offer weekly coupons on their website as well. The text message notification when my dry cleaning was ready for pickup was especially convenient and helpful.Overall, outstanding customer service and quality work. My experience was amazing as a first time user! I dropped off my wedding dress with a request for a quick turnaround and they were able to get my dress cleaned two days prior to the date promises and the dress looked just like new! Will be returning again!

3-4 star review. My pants have a tear in them now but I can’t confirm that was from clean n press so I won’t hold that against them.Otherwise everything looked pretty good. Wish there was a fresh scent associated but as long as it’s clean!Where the 4 star and 5 star review is earned is that they do have a staff person on sight helping out and she was nice and patient with individuals of different backgrounds
