I had a queen size blanket with a fur-like texture on the top so I didn't dare wash it & risk ruining it myself! Clean n Press is a business thats been around since I was a kid so thats where I brought it. Times have definitely changed! I was greeted & she explained the easy drop-off process. And only $21. Pick up was simple as well. A locker opened & there was my gorgeous blanket ready to go! In a nice plastic bag you get to keep! Sweet!! Will be coming back 4sure! Thanks!

I brought in my favorite silk blouse for cleaning. It had a small grease spot that I was hoping they could get out. When I picked it up, I noticed the stain was still there, although lighter, and a bit of white residue surrounding it (from the cleaning I suppose). I suggested to the young man there that I could live with the tiny, lighter stain, if they could just get out the white residue left on the blouse. He was so helpful and I wish I would have gotten his name. He explained that if they continued to work on the stain, it may have resulted in a small hole, so they stopped. He offered to put it through the cleaning process again, free of charge, not work on the stain, but to attempt to get rid of the white residue. Perfect. Was that Customer Service?!?!?? Yes indeed. These days customer service is hard to find. Kudos to this nice young man. Dagnabit, I wish I would have gotten his name.

Gal at the desk was really nice and knowledgeable ! I brought in a formal velvet and lace dress ..she checked the label and noticed it could not be dry cleaned only spot cleaned! Very much appreciated her knowledge ! They did dry clean a velvet jacket no issues at all with that.
