I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I received! After my wedding, my dress was absolutely filthy from dragging on the ground all day, and it even had a noticeable red stain on it. I honestly wasn’t sure if it would ever look the same again.The team did an incredible job removing all of the dirt and the stain and my dress truly looks as good as new. They also carefully preserved and boxed it, giving me peace of mind that it will stay protected for years to come.Since my wedding dress is one of the most special and sentimental items I own, I am so grateful for the care, attention to detail, and expertise they put into restoring and preserving it. I had been using Clean N Press weekly for my Airbnb linens and initially had a great experience. My account even had special handling notes for my white hotel style duvet covers because the Eagan location had processed them regularly as wash and fold without issue.For clarity, these are not bulky comforters or inserts. They are thin commercial hospitality style duvet covers, similar in weight and handling to sheets.Unfortunately, after a drop off at another location, everything was unexpectedly classified as dry cleaning and a $561 bill was generated. To their credit, management did adjust the bill significantly, which I greatly appreciated.However, I later returned to the Eagan location and was told the duvet covers could no longer be accepted as wash and fold at all, but nobody could clearly explain why. The inconsistency between locations and lack of clear policy was frustrating, especially since these same items had been processed many times before and even had special account instructions attached to them.My main feedback is that the company needs clearer item classification policies, especially distinguishing thin hotel style duvet covers from bulky residential comforters or inserts. Those are very different items operationally, and customers should receive consistent guidance and pricing across locations.The staff were incredibly polite and professional throughout, but the inconsistency means I can no longer rely on the service for my business laundry needs.
