The Vadnais Heights location is now automated. If this is your first visit I recommend going at a time when an attendant can walk you through the process. It’s not complicated, but it was easier with someone there. My items were ready ahead of schedule, which was great, but in my opinion the best part of the new system is that I could pick up at whatever time worked best for me.If you provide your email, they share coupons, which is great if you get a lot cleaned or do so on a regular basis.I also loved the sign on their door saying they’ll clean an interview outfit for free if you’re unemployed, because I appreciate when businesses give back to the community.

Since I retired....I have not had to have much dry cleaning done.....I brought two jackets in to be cleaned and pressed......I was very pleased with the results! I had a very bad experience at "another cleaner" near by......so I will continue to bring my dry cleaning into Clean and Press. And the employees there are very customer service oriented......thank you!!
