Fast, friendly, and efficient service from Kenan when our Worcester Bosch combi boiler suddenly stopped giving us any heat or hot water. He quickly diagnosed the issue (it was the fan) and explained everything clearly. As soon as the part arrived, he got it fixed with no hassle at all.He was also really clean and tidy, no mess and no issues. Easy to deal with and clearly knows his stuff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a reliable gas engineer.

I had an excellent experience with this repair company. Their response time was incredibly fast—I called at 5:10 PM, and they had already scheduled an inspection for the same day by 5:30 PM. Even though it was past their regular working hours, they still charged me the same rate as for work done before 5 PM, which was very fair and kind. The engineer arrived on the same day, quickly identified the cause of the leak, and completed the repair right away. They were extremely efficient and professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their service!

The plumber came and assessed the job adequately. Then came back and completed the installation of x2 radiators, without complication and to a good standard. The plumber came across as being an honest/ trustworthy person. Happy with the job done and the price quoted.

Very fast and professional service from start to finish. Discovered a nasty leak and boiler problems on a Friday evening – rang them up and they had someone out within 45 minutes! The engineer was really friendly, polite and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Leak fixed quickly and properly, very tidy job. Great communication throughout. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone needing urgent plumbing help!”

Ke-nan is amazing! I have an old house with complicated plumbing & when an emergency arose, Ke-nan worked tirelessly to resolve it! He is prompt, polite, keeps you informed & tidies up when the job is done. The price is very reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
