I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but Neighborhood Hauling & Junk Removal absolutely earned this one.Their website says they're on time, reliable, friendly, efficient, and affordable, and that's honestly about as accurate a description of my experience as I could give. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were extremely professional from start to finish, and helped me completely clean out a 10 x 15 storage unit in just under an hour. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they got everything loaded and out of there.I also threw them a curveball at the last minute. I had some additional items at my office building that I needed removed, which wasn't part of the original job. I asked if there was any chance they could take care of those as well, and they accommodated me the same day for a nominal additional fee. The price was extremely reasonable, and that kind of flexibility was awesome and very much appreciated.The entire experience was easy, professional, and considerably more affordable than I expected. No runaround, no surprises, and no wasted time.I would absolutely use Neighborhood Hauling & Junk Removal again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs junk hauled away.And because apparently you have to clarify this on the internet these days: This is a 100% real review from a real (and very happy) customer, and was NOT AI generated.
