I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but Neighborhood Hauling & Junk Removal absolutely earned this one.Their website says they're on time, reliable, friendly, efficient, and affordable, and that's honestly about as accurate a description of my experience as I could give. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were extremely professional from start to finish, and helped me completely clean out a 10 x 15 storage unit in just under an hour. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they got everything loaded and out of there.I also threw them a curveball at the last minute. I had some additional items at my office building that I needed removed, which wasn't part of the original job. I asked if there was any chance they could take care of those as well, and they accommodated me the same day for a nominal additional fee. The price was extremely reasonable, and that kind of flexibility was awesome and very much appreciated.The entire experience was easy, professional, and considerably more affordable than I expected. No runaround, no surprises, and no wasted time.I would absolutely use Neighborhood Hauling & Junk Removal again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs junk hauled away.And because apparently you have to clarify this on the internet these days: This is a 100% real review from a real (and very happy) customer, and was NOT AI generated. I helped one of my bros cut down and chop up a tree. We had two massive piles of branches and tree logs that needed to get hauled to the dump! The best in town, mou did a few clean ups for me, needed to get our place cleaned up because we were moving out of state so we had heaps of junk that we needed to get rid of, mou and his team are easy to work with, keeping the neighborhood clean for sure. Highly recommend.
