Look no further than Malthouse Pool & Spa Inspections, Andrew was very prompt and extremely helpful with bringing an outdated spa enclosure up to modern safety standards. This is the high standard that all Australian businesses should adhere to. Thanks again Andrew.

It is rare for me to complement a service provider with 5 stars but if there were 6 I would have ticked this. The report and follow up was very helpful and the advice provided gave me options to choose from. When the work was completed the final inspection and sign was promptly provided. Many thanks guys.

Very happy with Malthouse pool inspections. Thomas came out today and gave recommendations to make the pool fence compliant. I carried out his recommendations and received my compliance certificate.I called and left messages with 4 different companies and Malthouse pool inspections were the first company who called me back(within an hour), the other 3 companies still haven't got in touch. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding service from Andrew! He was able to come out quickly and arrived right on time. When our newly installed glass gate was found to be non-compliant, Andrew didn’t just walk away—he stepped in, fixed the mistakes left by others, and got everything sorted. He was calm, reassuring, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The final price barely changed, even with the extra work. Just one of those genuinely good guys—if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommended.

Andrew was the upmost top bloke Myself and my Wife have dealt with within his trade. He took out all the stress of getting our compliance certificate and done so in the most efficient and professional manner. I would not look anywhere else, he has a flat fee and even tools and accessories on hand so that it is an extremely inexpensive and seamless process. If you ever need a compliance certificate Andrew is your man, he will not rip you off and was extremely upfront and honest, no hidden costs. Couldn’t recommend higher if I tried, just an all round top bloke, one of the good one’s which are few and far between nowadays. Thanks Andrew

Andrew was an absolute professional! I cannot fault a thing. He contacted me back straightaway - which is a rarity these days with trades/businesses - and made an appointment within a couple of days. Again, a rarity!Andrew didn't mess around, he inspected the property and within minutes went through all the things that needed to be fixed for it to be compliant.Andrew not only provided a quick report he also sourced the tradesmen for me as I had a short turnaround time, due to selling my property.I cannot thank Andrew enough as he got me out of a very hotspot indeed and it felt like I had a friend on my side wanting to get this over the line before settlement day.So a huge thank you Andrew! You are one of a kind in this day and age.

I highly recommend Andrew for Pool and Spa Inspections. He is highly professional with prompt replies to calls and emails. Recently Andrew managed to schedule in two appointments for me with very short notice. Not only did he inspect the pool area he offered advice/suggestions for solving non-compliances including helping with a couple of the smaller fixes (providing and installing a sign and some other flashing).Lastly, but also super important is that he is a really nice guy.
