We had a very old roof that needed new tiles. It turned out that the rafters were probably over 100 yo, bent, partially rotted, all nails were gone due to rust and the whole structure was about to collapse. It was a tricky situation but Dermot and his team did a great job building a supporting structure, reroofing the house, repairing and rendering the chimney breast and a cracked wall. They finished the job on time, the roof looks great, they left the job site very clean despite a difficult access to the backyard. They were also a pleasure to work with, polite, on time and smiling. Great team.
