HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I can't speak enough good things about JZ Embroidery. I called them on a Thursday and asked about there processes, pricing, and turn around time for something I needed a week later. I spoke with Barbara who was super helpful and on top of things the entire time. She told me that they could have everything done by the next Friday. I sent the information over to them that same day. When I called back the next day, Barbara confirmed that they received my email, and she'd have the gentleman over embroidery to look over the email and get back to me. When I spoke with them on Monday, they confirmed that they would still honor their word and have the ordered completed by that Friday because that is what they told me. Keeping your word goes a LONG way for me. I dropped my orders off on Tuesday a little after they opened, paid for the order and full. Friday came in a blink. When I went to pick up the order they were still working on it. I got a sneak preview of a hat that was already ready and it was STUNNING!!! Unfortunately the design was super detailed, so it kept causing unexpected issues outside of their control. Nevertheless, they were still committed to getting me the order that day. And they did just that. They stayed late to do so. These hats were for my son's t-ball team. Everyone was in awe looking at beautiful design and how they were beautifully executed. I didn't catch the owner's name, but he, himself came to finish the order. I truly appreciate JZ Embroidery for not only their services, but also for honoring their word under such tight pressure. Definitely gained a returning customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Seriously love working with JZ Embroidery. We did DTF on shirts and embroidery on our hats, plus business cards and a HUGE order of thousands of cups. They even helped me get the right lid for the cups ...which sounds small, but it made the whole thing look so much better! Everything came out perfect and timely. 10/10 recommend.
