After declining the insurance initial offer in March 2024 and reaching out for updates monthly. I didn't get a call until August 2024 letting me know a lawsuit hadn't been filed and they were now sending my file to one of their trial lawyers in NC. The call didn't even come from the lawyer but his assistant Erica. After receiving no real results, I got tired of dealing with them and took the insurance companies low offer. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! waited 2 years to receive claim, he never answers or returns calls, his assistant Erica does all the work, when I did get a check they sent it in the wrong name, then had to wait an additional 2 MONTHS for the adjuster to fix the problem.
