Josh recently replaced the ridge vent on my roof, and I had a great experience working with him and his team. He was very responsive and came out quickly after my initial call to diagnose the issue and offer options & next steps. We had such a wonderful experience with Josh and the Peak team! We suffered wind damage that significantly impacted the front half of our roof. Josh walked us through the process of claiming an insurance claim and met our rep and their inspector at our house to walk through the damage. Once the claim was approved, turnaround was so timely, clean up was perfect and the new roof looks so good. We even had them upgrade our shutters to match. We were so happy to have a solid roof just in time for the freezing temps and snow. We’re also so appreciative of the great experience and would recommend this team to anyone!

When Peak was recommended to us from a friend we made a call due to a water stain in our dining room ceiling, obviously coming from the roof, so we thought. We had some insane wind which damaged our roof. We did our research to find a good roofer and several neighbors recommended Peak Exteriors. I couldn't be happier with them! They came out a day after I called and fixed it that same day! They were also so incredibly kind and informative. They explained the issue and went out of their way to tell me about things I might want to keep an eye on as my house ages. Without me asking, they even surveyed the rest of my roof and found a couple loose shingles that needed glue and reapplied it to ensure nothing else came loose. The thing I liked the most about Tim and his team was it was clear they had a passion for this and genuinely cared about the quality of work. He went out of his way to answer any questions and provide as much information as I could ever want on roofing. I guess this explains why several people on our HOA website recommended me to them.
