Rented a Tiguan for 4 days. 1st: their white van comes ~hourly to Stand #2. Family runs a fleet of about 50 cars, ours was new and was perfect for the trip. Beware of getting too large a vehicle as island parking is tight. Operation runs on island time but they do look after you! Less

Great Kihei location, reasonable prices, and super staff. Making a reservation online was very straightforward, too. We had a really clean VW Taos. Took it up to Haleakala NP and over to Kula to visit friends; easy peasy. There’s a gas station right next door, so no worries on the return. They have after hours drop off if you need it. Less

Amazing value for the money. Saved me a ton of $$$ versus the overpriced name brand car rental places. I drove an intermediate SUV for a week and it was great. Wish the shuttle pickup directions were clearer, that was confusing and frustrating. But otherwise, definitely recommend if you want to save serious $$$. Less

I had a pretty good experience with Ohana, the car we got was Jetta and it was new, worked really well and the entire process was seamless. The only thing which was a bit inconvenient for us was the pick up service from the Airport. We didn't know in advance that Airport pickup is every hour i.e at 10:30 am, 11:30, .. 15:30 pm and after we landed and waited for 15 mins the van didn't arrive on time and we had to take an uber to Kihei to pick the car. Drop off was convenient as we went to Kihei knowing well in advance that the van will start from there at 0th min of the hour i.e 10AM, 11AM, 12Noon etc. Overall highly recommend this company. Less
