From the time that Sean Larrinaga, contractor, came to my house to quote me on a remodel of my master bathroom, he was very professional and took time to discuss what outcome I was looking for. Throughout the process, he had excellent communication and always gave me clear, honest answers. Alexandra, his designer, helped me with making material decisions for the project by sharing pictures and bringing materials to my home to see. The whole team working with Sean; Alex, Eric, and Raul worked hard with integrity, involved me in decisions along the way, and cleaned up materials before leaving each day.I would highly recommend Sean and his crew, and I look forward to having them back for my next project.Thank you everyone!

I contacted 8+ contractors and I received multiple quotes. I decided to go with Sean because from the very first consultation he was very easy to talk to and he understood completely the type of bathroom remodel that I wanted.Sean provided me with an AI picture of how my bathroom would look after the remodel, and I was very pleased that at the end of the remodel, my bathroom looked just like the picture he showed me.They really work with attention to detail and use very high end materials .I would 100% recommend Quality Home Services for the price and quality.

When we decided to remodel our bathrooms and kitchen, we reached out to multiple contractors to get a feel for budget and quality. We decided to go with Quality Home Services as we felt he could deliver high quality work within our budget. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident throughout the project, and the final result met our expectations. While every project understandably comes with their own set of challenges, our project took longer than originally anticipated. However, I do appreciate that Sean took responsibility and was transparent about the scheduling challenges and remained committed to completing the work to a high standard. We have been thoroughly enjoying our remodeled home, which was designed around how we envisioned using the space. Every day we're reminded of the quality and care that went into the project, and we are incredibly happy with the outcome.Quality workmanship can be hard to find in this industry, and the finished product speaks for itself. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in his work, charges fair prices, and delivers excellent results, I recommend reaching out to Sean!

Sean, Jen and Alex did an outstanding job designing and building a shiplap tv wall in our new home. The design incorporated some side shelves and an electric fireplace. The quality of the work is outstanding. The team was on time every day that they were here and were very respectful of our living space by making sure furniture and other items were protected from dust and paint. Being on time and cleaning up may sound trivial to some people, but as a homeowner, it’s important that anyone coming to do work in our home is respectful of our environment. Without question I would use them again.

Sean and his team remodeled our bathroom that we needed to be handicap accessible. At first it was a small project for just the vanity, as the entire bathroom was recently renovated before we purchased the house. But Sean quickly identified that the previous construction was done poorly and the shower was leaking, requiring a full bathroom remodel. We are lucky this was found as it would have gone on to cause further issues. Sean was able to quickly pivot and expand the project to create a new beautiful bathroom that is fully handicap accessible. This is our second bathroom renovation with Sean and we are so happy with the finished product.

We hired QHS to modify the primary bathroom to be more ADA friendly. The main changes were to make space under the sink/countertop for my wheelchair and to remove the curb at the entrance to the shower for a zero threshold shower pan. A few small changes were squeezed in like moving some electrical outlets/switches and adding an LED light strip in the shower niche. And they also modified the pony wall by the toilet to give me a little more room. I enjoyed working with the team as we designed the new bathroom They did a fantastic job installing the tile. All the prep work and attention to detail really paid off for making my dream shower. The vanity was a little unique b/c we combined the his and her sinks into one sink with 2 faucets. We wanted to keep the bathroom functional for 2 people, while accommodating the accessibility for my wheelchair. After living with it now for a few weeks I’m very happy with outcome and wouldn’t change anything.

My wife and I fully recommend QHS,,The ownwer Sean is hands on with his crew and has an eye for detail. QHS has remodeled two of our bathrooms and recently remodeled our kitchen, and also recently installed a new water heater as well. Sean's crew (Kip,Edgar,Benny,Ral)are second to none, they are friendly, not afraid to answer any dumb questions you ask them, and respect your home and property as if it was there own.

We had a handful of contractors come out and bid our (very small) bathroom remodel. What struck me about Sean was his sincere desire to help us turn that space, albeit small, into a room where we can breathe and feel comfortable. Quality is an apt name for his business. At every turn, you can count on him and his team to take the time necessary to get the job done right. We were picky and if something was not to our liking, it was fixed with no questions or hassle. You will not be disappointed if you choose QHS and Sean to do your work. I felt the money spent was a bargain for what we got.

Super happy with my bathroom renovation with Quality Home Services. It was a big project. You can rely on Sean and his crew to show up when scheduled and to communicate with you throughout the project. I am very comfortable with the weather proofing work in the shower so there aren’t any future leaks. I used the help of a designer as well. We added 2 arches, additional electrical/fixtures, and drywall in certain areas. Sean and his guys were able to complete those additions as part of the reno and give good advice when picking all the materials needed for the project.

We needed our hot water heater replaced and found the right crew for the job. Super quick response time, trouble-shooted our project and came up with solutions to fit our needs. I am very happy with our experience, would highly recommend!
