Sean, Jen and Alex did an outstanding job designing and building a shiplap tv wall in our new home. The design incorporated some side shelves and an electric fireplace. The quality of the work is outstanding. The team was on time every day that they were here and were very respectful of our living space by making sure furniture and other items were protected from dust and paint. Being on time and cleaning up may sound trivial to some people, but as a homeowner, it’s important that anyone coming to do work in our home is respectful of our environment. Without question I would use them again.

Sean and his team remodeled our bathroom that we needed to be handicap accessible. At first it was a small project for just the vanity, as the entire bathroom was recently renovated before we purchased the house. But Sean quickly identified that the previous construction was done poorly and the shower was leaking, requiring a full bathroom remodel. We are lucky this was found as it would have gone on to cause further issues. Sean was able to quickly pivot and expand the project to create a new beautiful bathroom that is fully handicap accessible. This is our second bathroom renovation with Sean and we are so happy with the finished product.

We hired QHS to modify the primary bathroom to be more ADA friendly. The main changes were to make space under the sink/countertop for my wheelchair and to remove the curb at the entrance to the shower for a zero threshold shower pan. A few small changes were squeezed in like moving some electrical outlets/switches and adding an LED light strip in the shower niche. And they also modified the pony wall by the toilet to give me a little more room. I enjoyed working with the team as we designed the new bathroom They did a fantastic job installing the tile. All the prep work and attention to detail really paid off for making my dream shower. The vanity was a little unique b/c we combined the his and her sinks into one sink with 2 faucets. We wanted to keep the bathroom functional for 2 people, while accommodating the accessibility for my wheelchair. After living with it now for a few weeks I’m very happy with outcome and wouldn’t change anything.

Super happy with my bathroom renovation with Quality Home Services. It was a big project. You can rely on Sean and his crew to show up when scheduled and to communicate with you throughout the project. I am very comfortable with the weather proofing work in the shower so there aren’t any future leaks. I used the help of a designer as well. We added 2 arches, additional electrical/fixtures, and drywall in certain areas. Sean and his guys were able to complete those additions as part of the reno and give good advice when picking all the materials needed for the project.
