The team at Epic Design Labs is awesome! We found Kal from his tutorials about Bigcommerce on You Tube. We hired them to revamp our website. We are still in the middle of this process but we are very impressed to say the least. They have so much knowledge! Would highly recommend.

A friendly and straighforward web team who did great work for our business. They are transparent about their pricing and work and are able to meet you where you are at with your project. I highly recommend.

Epic Design Labs is a special company. We contracted with them when our website was really struggling to generate any traffic at all, let alone a sale. Kal and his team was able to diagnose our issues quickly and went to work right away to get it fixed. Any expert in a given field can do that, it's par for the course. But a true wizard like Kal was able to take a step back and envision future stumbling blocks and position us so that we were able to avoid them altogether. His team was always efficient with the time allotted to us, so much so that I often felt that we were underpaying them. Turns out they are just so good, that it doesn't matter how much they charge, it always feels like you are getting more value than what you are paying. I have been using the Epic Design team for over 6 years now and they made me a great website that has stood the test of time. Customer constantly comment on how they love the site. They have provided excellent support and hosting. We are launching a new project which is what made me think about writing this review. Aside from website building I have gotten some of the best small business app/tools tips from Kal, some of them have literally changed my life. He is a most excellent person to boot.

Great web design company! Not only did they make my site look great and improve my customer experience... they also built up the back-end of my BigCommerce store in a way that blew my mind! I struggled for 1 1/2 years with in-house technology builders. I spent the last half of that adding to my team with contractors. I should have had Kal and his team work on my site years ago!
