Epic Design Labs is a special company. We contracted with them when our website was really struggling to generate any traffic at all, let alone a sale. Kal and his team was able to diagnose our issues quickly and went to work right away to get it fixed. Any expert in a given field can do that, it's par for the course. But a true wizard like Kal was able to take a step back and envision future stumbling blocks and position us so that we were able to avoid them altogether. His team was always efficient with the time allotted to us, so much so that I often felt that we were underpaying them.
