So if he helps why does he not want to help with the plumbing in the rentals that he rents out to residents. We have a big plumbing problem at 442 k street and he refuses to have a professional plumber take care of the problem. We have no restroom or bathroom to use in 2 weeks now here is a pictureof standing water in the bathtub. Get the idea 💡 the toilet is worse. It will be a year and the plumbing is still a problem and he is still acting like he knows what to do and all the un licenses people he had come to fix the pipes left a mess under the home and the pipes are leaking sewage under the home because of the wrong size pipes underneath the house.

Rodney Rose and Charlene at Fairway Mortgage made sure I had everything I needed to qualify before it went through underwriting to make sure time is not wasted. During the process we ran into some issues with the seller and when most lenders would have given up, Rodney and his team really pulled through and went the extra mile so we would not lose the house. Without even asking him and his team went out of their way to extend the loan not once but twice!By the second week, the seller was becoming more and more difficult, however Rodney was there even in the middle of the night making sure things got done on time and without any extra cost. He was kind and patient while we tried to deal with a very difficult seller who went out of their way to spoil the deal. All while dealing with a very difficult loan because my credit was not the greatest and my income was hard verify requiring him and his team to work harder than any other lender was willing to do.All I can say is that my family and I lucked to have been referred to such a knowledgeable, hardworking, and experienced individual who had the skills to overcome even the most difficult challenges that only seemed to grow during the end of the loan process due to an uncooperative seller.
