We hired Sailfish Bounce and Party for my 40th birthday party (yes adults are allowed to have fun too). From the initial inquiry, Victoria was very helpful and informative, the price was fair for the large two lane slide we chose, and the guys were timely and efficient with the setup and teardown. They even added an extra ground covering to help minimize the oversaturation of my backyard grass and helped with a small troubleshooting issue after they had finished setting up.We will certainly use them again in the future!

We had such a great experience renting the Tsunami/ hurricane water slide from Sailfish Bounce & Party! My grandsons absolutely LOVED the slide and had an amazing time. It was definitely a highlight and made for a fun-filled weekend! 🌊☀️The communication was excellent—they texted back super fast and were very easy to work with. The gentleman who set up the waterslide was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything was set up perfectly.We truly can’t say enough good things about the owners. They were wonderful to work with from beginning to end, and the whole experience was fantastic!We will definitely be renting from Sailfish Bounce & Party again. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! We generally use a more well known bounce house company, however decided to try a different company after getting the run around. We will never switch back! They were extremely responsive from the very beginning through the very end. Slide was better than expected and very clean. The crew was fast, efficient, super friendly and professional. They even dropped off the night before the party, making for some very excited kids. Thank you! We will be using and recommending Sailfish from now on.

I have never ordered a bounce house before and I have to say, from putting in an order online all the way through delivery and pickup this team delivered with excellent communication all along the way. Everything was set up and ready to go with plenty of time before our party started, which was one less thing for me to worry about.And the slide itself was SO MUCH FUN! The kiddos had an absolute blast and enjoyed it the entire party. This team came through within 48 hours, coordinating everything seamlessly even while my husband and I were at work. I rented some tables for a grad party, using the online portal , and it was incredibly easy. A few days before my party, Victoria was in touch confirming what I needed and giving me a delivery window. On the day of my party she confirmed again and narrowed the delivery time. She even texted when Mike was on his way with the tables. The whole process couldn’t have been easier and what a nice family to work with!!
