They let me know when I'm on the schedule, they're happy to reschedule if I ask, and they don't need me home to do maintenance service. Jack is great with my unruly dogs, plus he's a wellspring of experienced advice and information and ready to help with whatever seasonal wildlife issues arise at my rural home surrounded by forest, creek and wetlands. Rogue pest control takes care of our needs amazingly in Orange Beach. We have a three-bedroom house near the water and they are always timely and professional in their service. I'm not big on trusting internet reviews, but these reviews seemed sincere, and I had no reason to trust any of the other companies either, so I gave them a ring. I ended up speaking with Jack. I am so glad I called and spoke with him. He saved me a bunch of money by just being honest with me. Straight forward and honest!
