They let me know when I'm on the schedule, they're happy to reschedule if I ask, and they don't need me home to do maintenance service. Jack is great with my unruly dogs, plus he's a wellspring of experienced advice and information and ready to help with whatever seasonal wildlife issues arise at my rural home surrounded by forest, creek and wetlands.
