We called several companies looking to add stairs to the other side of our lanai. Jose was responsive from first contact. He showed up for an estimate when he said he would. He actually provided us with a reasonable estimate (unlike other companies that never provided an estimate nor contacted us back at all) and his crew showed up prepared and got right to it as scheduled.
