Great 8-week training program and steady progress observed! Enjoyed the positive energy of all trainers and the clear instructional videos at each station - made for a focused, efficient and individualized approach every time. Only critique is the quality of the gloves that hindered me at times. Would recommend the training and this establishment if you're looking for a supportive, sweat-fuelled exercise program. within the first fortnight I already noticed Impact, by my first month my technique and fitness Improved greatly, and before the last week of my 8 week challenge I had lost a significant amount of body fat. the trainers are supportive, critical of technique, and amazing to work with. recommend for athletes, martial artists, and stunt people, and total beginners in kick boxing.

As a busy mum, it’s hard to find time or brain function for consistent workouts but I’ve been super impressed by how accessible boxhiit central makes it. We get in and do the workouts when possible, and they’re set and ready for us. This, coupled with exceptional trainers who both encourage and challenge you, in skill, fitness and confidence.
