Windsor & Eton Stoves Limited is the best company to advise and install a new wood burner.The attention to detail and extra efforts that Chris went to for a complete installation, was amazing to experience. Nothing was too much effort and ensuring safety first at all cost, is much appreciated.We have used our wood burner 3 times since installation last week, and cannot believe that 2 medium logs took about 3 and half hours to burn where as normally we would have gone through about 6-8 logs. The heat from the wood burner is stunning and warmed up the house in no time.I can recommend Chris and his team 100% and will only use them going forward.Thank you for a brilliant service!

Chris is meticulous and professional in his work. The quality is high and nothing is rushed/no corners are cut. He took the time to explain what the issues were, why he did was he did, how to take care of the stove long term.He answered the phone when I first called, was consistent in his responses/communication. I also appreciate how punctual he was.He followed up with an email reiterating everything we'd discussed as well as instructions and contacts for wood etc.Personality wise, he has a calm energy about him and was informative as opposed to condescending, despite me knowing very little about the subject.I am very happy with my new stove and would highly recommend him.
