Wow, Shai's DMT breathwork workshops are really something else. The way she leads the sessions (I attended several) is from a place of having been through this on a deep level herself. She creates the atmosphere, where music and sound are profound factors. I went to the breathwork and ice bath ceremony last Saturday, this was the most self loving and best thing I ever done!The dmt breath work was super effective and I could feel many sensations in my body as well as some slight visuals. I met Shaina at the Breathe Festival August 2023. She held space for a Somatic breath session. To say it was quite phenomenal would be an under statement! Shaina has so much wisdom, so much knowledge, a scientific understanding of the breath work practice as well as a profound spiritual connection. Came for a yoga, meditation, breathing and ice bath retreat on Sunday. Wasn’t sure what to expect as this was a gift. It totally exceeded my expectations… Shai is amazing and articulate with her instructions/ directions. She’s powerful with her words. The breathing exercises we did were amazing, I’m not even sure what happened, I felt heavy and light and tingly and saw colours all at the same time, I’m not even sure I can articulate what I felt. But by the end of it, I’d say I almost felt lighter. By the end of the retreat we had all totally fallen in love with Shai. I don’t even think my words do her or the retreat any justice. I just did an online breathwork session via zoom with Shai Maree (who has been my Facebook friend for some years) and it was awesome! She is trained by Wim Hof, but definitely has her own touch and style. She has a very relaxing and calming voice, makes/ produces her own frequency music and is according to me a true genre breaker. She is also a yoga instructor, does breathwork for children, makes hip hop/ drum n bass breathwork video's combined with frequency music to reach new audiences.
