Shai is an extraordinary healer and her knowledge of understanding various modalies is vast. I met her two years ago and had my 1st SOMA breath session with her after going through the dark night of the soul phase. Shai provides a space for you to be heard and healed. She is a gift to humanity and her work is nothing short of exemplary. WOW! I did the psychedelic breathwork workshop and it was i n c r e d i b l e. I had visions of a colour tunnel during breathwork it was absolutely magical. I loved the session it was really special and empowering, totally recommend!

I am not a woman of few words, but to describe the experience of being on one of Shaina’s retreats, now the second…. I can wholeheartedly say that this is an experience like no other, and there are not any words to explain how you feel on so many levels in such a short time.
