I had the transformative experience of attending a retreat led by Shaina Last weekend. There are almost no words to describe the experience. If you know you know. The Reset Retreat was attended by a group of 15 women ages 30-65, coming from all different backgrounds, walks of life, and experiences. Shaina’s ability to lead with love and light is unmatched. She expertly weaves together spirituality and science and if you are open minded and ready to level up, she shows you parts of your mind, body and soul you didn’t know existed or forgot how to access. WOW! I did the psychedelic breathwork workshop and it was i n c r e d i b l e. I had visions of a colour tunnel during breathwork it was absolutely magical. I loved the session it was really special and empowering, totally recommend!

I had a really beautiful & mindful journey with Shaina guiding me through one of her DMT Breathwork Sessions in Koh Phangan ✨ her use of sound, energy and breath really brings you into the moment and allows for a full mind & body experience 🫶🏼 I was able to release some negative emotions I had been holding onto and with her help, reframe the thoughts I had surrounding them all in the space of one session. I am not a woman of few words, but to describe the experience of being on one of Shaina’s retreats, now the second…. I can wholeheartedly say that this is an experience like no other, and there are not any words to explain how you feel on so many levels in such a short time. She is knowledgeable across so many modalities, she is kind & funny and she has some serious skills and talent connecting to the ethers. This wasn’t my first, and I know there will be many more to come. Just be open, she will take you exactly where you need to be!
