I have had two other air-conditioning companies out to my home When we wanted to get a quote on having the air ducts cleaned. The first gentleman said that my AC unit was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced with the cost of approximately 10 K. I told him I would need a second opinion. Strangely, enough immediately thereafter, my AC quit working entirely.I then called another AC Company and they came out and said I need a new Compressor, but the system was a cheap one so it would make better sense to replace the air conditioner. Hefty price tag.Caleb came out and was able to identify the issue - Two wires had been switched. From the first AC guy? I don’t know.
