My wife and I had a clogged drain line over the weekend and found Frozen Cactus via ChatGPT. Mike had just sat down to dinner with his family and came out to fix our problem. If I could give you guys 10 stars, I would. Mike was very professional, helped me understand the problem and everything he was doing to correct it, and he even let our 10 year old son help him with clearing the drain line. I have had two other air-conditioning companies out to my home When we wanted to get a quote on having the air ducts cleaned. The first gentleman said that my AC unit was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced with the cost of approximately 10 K. I told him I would need a second opinion. Strangely, enough immediately thereafter, my AC quit working entirely.I then called another AC Company and they came out and said I need a new Compressor, but the system was a cheap one so it would make better sense to replace the air conditioner. Hefty price tag.Caleb came out and was able to identify the issue - Two wires had been switched. From the first AC guy? I don’t know. What I do know is that Caleb walked me through every diagnostic via video as he completed them.Frozen Cactus has proven to be knowledgeable, solution minded, and full of integrity. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Caleb arrived on time and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how he diagnosed the problem with my home AC unit and walked me through the fix as he did it. He also spent the extra time to clean my AC unit, and gave me an overview of how to properly maintain the system. I'd highly recommend Frozen Cactus!
