Could not be better. Less expensive by a lot than the big companies and more responsive. Attention to owners concerns and privacy. Installers were fast, neat and concerned with our satisfaction. Unit had some noise problems when installed due manufacturing tolerances. Cactus fixed them without complaint. I highly recommend them.

We had Frozen Cactus Air out to help us with an AC system that wasn't cooling after other companies claimed it was beyond repair. Their team quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything running again. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. They are easy to work with and clearly care about doing what's best for the customer and the equipment.

Mike from Frozen Cactus came out and really knew his business. Unlike the dozens of folks I've run into from other providers, he didn't spend the whole time BSing and upselling me and wasn't uncomfortable with me tagging along so I could learn more. My problems ended up being part solar hardware, part breaker box with a small side helping of original install mistake. He helped me work through it all including a quick run to go buy a new part. I've not been impressed by an AC repair guy before and I have to say I strongly refer Mike and Frozen Cactus.

I had a great experience with this company! They responded incredibly fast and were able to come out the same day. Mike was wonderful—he took the time to thoroughly test everything, figure out the issue, and make sure everything was working properly before he left.Mike was honest, friendly, professional, kind, and very efficient. I really appreciated that I never felt like I was being upsold or talked into anything I didn’t need.
