Dell and his team just refinished and re-stained my deck. My deck has a complicated history, and I requested detailed bids from several painting companies. Dell’s company was the only one willing to do the detailed sanding work required to get the deck ready for staining – as opposed to the typical “power wash and light sanding” offered by his competitors. He also spent a lot of his own time testing several different stains to try to match parts of the deck that were not being re-stained. These guys did a fantastic job getting my house ready for sale. Dell, their president, made me feel comfortable and like I was a priority every step of the way and they we’re able to help with other things like replacing doors and taking out an old water heater that went above and beyond the scope of what we originally discussed. Their prices were also super reasonable. I got quotes from two other companies and both would have been more expensive even without the extras.
