We used Simon for the Sale and purchase of properties.My wife trusted Simon just on the first phone call...and she doesnt trust estate agents, when I met Simon, I felt the same.Simon gave us honest feedback on our property value and advised what we should improve, we did this and added £10k to the value of the property.Simon sold our property in 10 days, I had 13 valuations done (I saw and copied an experiment I saw on YT) Simon was very honest and realistic, where as many others would have had us on the market for a year with unrealistic valuations. He is your own personal professional expert on hand to advise and look after all the aspects of selling, including attending all viewings.
