I had an excellent experience with Zeke, the technician who came out to assess and repair my garage door system.I had been having problems with my garage door opening and closing properly ever since I had a new torsion system installed by another company about 18 months ago. Unfortunately, the original installation was done incorrectly, which caused damage to my existing garage door opener.When Zeke came out, he immediately identified the issue. He noticed that the garage door was not properly balanced because of the way the torsion system had been installed. He explained that my garage door was weighing approximately 31 pounds when it should have been less than 5 pounds. As a result, I needed to replace the garage door opener/motor.Working with Zeke was an absolute relief. He was extremely detailed, thorough, and meticulous, and he took the time to make sure everything was installed and working properly. I could tell that he understood the frustration I had experienced with the previous company, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.Zeke also helped me set up the MyQ app on my phone and programmed my vehicle’s built-in garage door opener. He patiently walked me through everything he was doing and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left.Overall, I was so, so, so happy with Zeke and the service I received. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. AG Smart Garage came out to do a tune-up on my garage door (detached garage in a Chicago alley). Scheduling was easy, the technician was in contact with me to confirm appt, and was on time, professional and polite. He took time to explain the process to me which is good to know and gave advice on some additional possible services. Ended up also having him make an adjustment to the spring to improve/prolong performance of existing door. All-in-all, it was a very positive experience working with AG Smart Garage; I would recommend!

We have been using this company for about 5 years. They are prompt or will let you know if they are running behind. Andrii did such a great job replacing springs, rollers metal rod, steal wire and rubber piece that had flattened. He explaining in detail what and why we needed a couple extra things to be replaced. He cleaned up any mess he made and so nice! He deserves a raise! Without a doubt I would recommend their services. We had had the spring replaced by another company a year or two ago and it broke already.That company undersized the spring!
