We just purchase a condo and noticed that the Rheem water heater was 16 years old.......well past the life expectancy. We are on the 2nd floor. We really like our downstairs neighbors and decided to be proactive and change out our old water heater before it became an issue. All Pro had just changed out our neighbor across from us and he had high praise for owner Ryan and his nephew David. They had came out on a Sunday morning to change out his old water heater. With that said, I called All Pro Water Heaters and spoke to Ryan / Owner. I felt so comfortable and at ease with him and he explained the change out process, using a Professional Grade Rheem Water Heater, new expansion tank, new brass shut off valves and a new rubber drain pan. The installation was perfect, they were very careful and left our condo in clean condition.I retired from Honeywell after 41 years in Sales and I have a ton of experience with thousands of HVAC & Plumbing contractors. I can honestly tell you that All Pro Water Heaters was one of the best experiences that I have been a part of. Also, as a bonus and a small additional cost, I had them install a Rheem Protection Plus Kit that gave me an additional four years of warranty and now for a total of a 10 year warranty vs their 6 year standard warranty. They also took care of registering my extended warranty with Rheem directly.All Pro Water Heaters really know their business and what they provide for a high quality installation!!!!!!! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing to install a new water heater.Another follow up review. I spoke to Junior, owner of All Pro Water Heaters on step by step to drain my water heater…..Junior gave me a step by step instructions and it was easy to drain it with no issues….and a lot of sediment was flushed out! Notice all the Five-Star reviews? I added my Five Stars, as well, and would have given ALL PRO Water Heaters Six Stars if I could. ALL PRO performed above expectations. The company even carries new hot water heaters in their van and may be able to replace your unit the same day. Costs are very reasonable and workmanship is above code. They even corrected two issues that had not been previously addressed eight years ago. Correcting others’ mistakes makes ALL PRO number ONE in my book.
