He was polite, on time, and really took the time to check everything carefully. He explained what he was doing along the way and made sure everything was in good shape before leaving. I called "All Pro Water Heaters" on a Tuesday for a new 50 gallon water heater. On Wednesday I had one. In less than 24 hours Junior dismantled, hauled away and installed the new one. We did everything remotely. Paid in full after he was finished. Great find! Professional, cost effective and customer service driven.
