Don’t waste your time. I talked to Herits via eBay about a specific machine (chat attached to eBay listing), we agreed a price and I made the 4 hour drive there to view and collect the item. When I arrived I was told the machine had been sold weeks ago and that they had made a mistake.They gave me £100 to “cover my time and fuel”, which is a bit of a slap in the face if they think £100 covers my time and fuel. They also said they could source a similar machine, however when I messaged them multiple times about sourcing an alternative my messages have been ignored.Would not recommend dealing with this company, my experience is that they are incompetent, disorganised and unresponsive.
