Our window installation went smoothly from start to finish and the windows arrived ahead of schedule which allowed flexibility for installation. The subcontractor was on time, super courteous, very detailed and thorough, and quick but on point in getting the job done. This is my second time using Dan and his company. I had him redo my bathroom and replace the windows on my second floor. The experience from start to finish was smooth and very well communicated. There was a hiccup with my shower niche being broken in transit that threw our timeline slightly but Dan was very responsive and did everything possible to get us back on schedule. Water damage to walls and ceiling needed repair. Dan from DBS was prompt, friendly and made the whole process simple. Took a little longer repair time, but finished product excellent. Highly recommend 👍

I have hired DBC a few times before and I am very please with their work. They are here when they say they are and do a terrific job, including cleaning up after the job is done. I have other work that will need to be done in the future and wouldn't have anyone else. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

We met Dan Bennett through the Putnam Business Association, and appreciate the fact that he’s very community-minded. Strong winds recently tore a second-floor bathroom exhaust vent off the side of the house and left a gaping hole that was just inviting birds to nest.There’s no such thing as a small repair project when you own a 140-year-old Victorian home, and we were hoping to get the repair done quickly. We gave Dan a call on a Friday afternoon and he said he could have someone there Monday morning at 7 AM. Rain caused us to reschedule to Tuesday morning, and Dan’s contractor, Erik, showed up on time and was patient, polite, and professional. He stayed in touch to keep us apprised of his progress and let us know when he completed the job. We were also impressed with Dan’s professional online portal that gave us access to the project plan, documents, work logs, photos, and messages. We have a growing list of home repair projects, both large and small, and now have Dan on speed dial! Happy to give him a five star review, and recommend him for your next project.
