Let me tell you about these micros! We inherited over a month's worth of an ongoing subscription from previous chef. We were still able to use them up until I placed my new order. They are flavorful and lasting! As long as you have creative and innovative chef's these are the micros for you.......and again if they sit longer.......no waste they last! I was fortunate enough to get a behind the scenes look at Back Mountain Microgreens and I am obsessed. I've seen their name on several locally owned restaurant menus and couldn't wait to dive deeper into their process. The owners are so kind and care immensely about their product. I took home some products to try and I continue to be blown away by the cantaloupe and corn shoots. They have products in a few local markers but also offer free home delivery. Amazing staff. Amazing products. So fresh and delicious. The prices are so reasonable and it saves me having to drive to far away places just to get microgreens. I have severe food issues due to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and can't eat things like fresh veggies and fruits, but I can eat the microgreen versions of some and it has opened up a whole new world for me.
