NRG was the perfect full-service contractor for my insurance claim after a major hail storm. Their team is extremely experienced at spotting wind and hail damage — thanks to them, my insurance company approved a full exterior replacement on both my house and my detached garage.During the inspection they discovered asbestos under the old siding, which was terrifying at first. NRG immediately calmed my concerns, walked me through every step of the (very tedious) evidence and approval process with the insurance company, and made sure I received full replacement value plus several upgrades — all paid for by the policy I’ve been paying into for years.The asbestos abatement and entire reconstruction were completed on time, the crew kept the site remarkably clean, and my family was able to stay in the house safely the whole time. My new siding, window wraps, gutters, and soffits look fantastic (see photos!).Josh Meyers was my project manager and he was outstanding — excellent communication, deep knowledge of the insurance claims process, and he brought in top-notch subcontractors for every trade. I received a junk text message with their number and the usual inspection after hailstorm sales pitch. My number is on the FTC's do not call list. A reputable roofer does not engage in these sort of practices therefore my recommendation is to avoid this company.

They market through unsolicited text messages, even to numbers on the do not call list. I would avoid them like the plague.

This company will spam you with unsolicited texts. I've never even heard of them, definitely didn't give them my number. Would never do business with a company that operates that way.
