I signed up with Fit4It after being convinced they offer a professional, unique training and weight-loss strategy with a niche service, including a nutrition plan and a dedicated nutritionist. Unfortunately, none of this matched the reality. From the beginning, the trainer had a noticeable attitude, and I was not comfortable with the way he managed the sessions or communication. The training itself was nothing special or unique, despite the premium pricing. On top of that, I later discovered that the so-called nutritionist support was not actually included, and session related to that was deducted anyway, even though no proper nutrition consultation was provided. When I had to travel for a period of time then faced some health issues, the trainer refused to resume my training, claiming it had been on hold for too long. Whenever I tried to follow up, the response was always that he was “out of the country.” One of these conversations was so stressful and uncomfortable that I eventually stopped contacting him for the remaining sessions. The prices they mention at the beginning do not include VAT, so mark this before you agree to their prices. I paid over AED 4,500 for a month, and almost half of my remaining sessions were wasted without any flexibility from their side.Another red flag: I was pushed from day one to leave a 5-star Google review before even starting the training. I did so out of embarrassment, but later deleted it.Overall, this place is highly overrated, overpriced, and far from professional. There is nothing unique about the training.I don't really recommend this place.Update, after they replied to the message below, turned out both the email address and the phone number they provided are invalid ! They post a reply and no way to contact them as they claim
