My first time at St Albans Thai Massage and hopefully won't be my last. Kae was incredibly attentive during my Traditional Thai Massage session, checking the intensity was exactly the level of pressure and care I was looking for. She was very respectful of specific health and past and present injury issues, particularly when incorporating stretches. I felt completely relaxed afterwards and would highly commend their services to anyone seeking more than the usual physio or beauty salon massage experience.

I’ve been going to St Albans Thai massage for the last 3 years and I always ask for PWan! The main reason being is she understands my body and works through all my aches and pains. I always leave feeling like I have a new body. The whole team there is great and are so welcoming. The Top 3 things I love: 1) The Deep/Thai massage 2) PWan’’s skills - her neck, shoulder, glute & foot massage are out of this world 3) it’s the Perfect location with free parking around the area. I appreciate the service and nowhere else compares!

Lila is an incredible massage therapist and I highly recommend booking a massage there. I hadn’t had a massage in over 4 years and I will now become a regular. It felt amazing and it definitely helped my neck and shoulder pain as well as released a lot of tension in my muscles as I weight train a lot. Thank you Lila!

The therapist used just the right pressure and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here.
