Jee (Now dubbed "O'Jee" (Like "OG"-Original Gangsta') and Richard were AWESOME. They have wonderful customer service skills, friendly, funny, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage options. We were originally going to opt for a second story climate controlled unit, but after touring we discovered the 1st floor units (internal, not walk-up) were a decent temperature, irrespective of the outside (108-degree) nonsense. Consequently, I am not overly impressed with the U-Haul pricing. We only drove 23 miles, total, and utilized the truck for 7-hours, and it ended up being approximately $70+ dollars (and yes, I filled the tank more than what we used). It is published as "$29.95", but buyer be warned. U-Haul is separate from Epic, so don't mistake what I'm conveying..., Epic seems great so far. IIf that changes, I will post it in a follow-up.
