Mr.G service was incredible. He helped us out literally at 6:59 when he was about to close. He was the sweetest ever and make sure our issue was resolved even though we stayed till after closing.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Epic Storage! The entire facility is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind putting my things here. The staff is super friendly, but the real highlight of this place is Mr. Jeje. He is a very nice old man who is always willing to go out of his way to help you out with whatever you need. He’s the kind of guy who will gladly stand and shoot the breeze with you, making you feel completely welcome every time you visit. I highly recommend going here if you want great service and a clean unit!
