As the school year came to an end, I spent about four hours in the facility. Jee stopped in to check in and it was such a pleasant and nice experience to talk to him. I rented units here in the past but today here at the office it's a 5+stars. He helped me to get a couple of units and with his knowledge he gave several options that would fit my budget. Jee took us on a tour of the facility showing us different units to see which one would be the best option for us.He even walked us through downloading the app onto our phones. I was locked out after hours and rushed down to see if anyone was still working. Jee happened to be helping two clients with something and he was actually off the clock helping two other people. I was in a panic as my phone and keys were locked in my unit. I couldn't drive home nor open up the unit. Jee lead me to the office, his family was waiting on him to close and he graciously introduced me to his family. He set my unit to green and gave me an access code to get in the elevator. I am truly thankful for Jee and his dedication to his job and the customers. Thank you!!!

During one of the most difficult times in my life, when my sister was in the hospital, Jee’s kindness and compassion were a true comfort. Now that she has passed, I’ve had to return to wrap up her affairs, and Jee has been just as wonderful, patient, and supportive as before. Great service from Jee and Nick, nice and clean units, easy to access the facility with a semi-truck for long-haul moves if necessary, very cool app enabling access to all relevant doors and the storage unit itself.Most storage facilities in Vegas claiming to be climate controlled use swamp cooler fans and not true AC. The one firm I was considering told me that the swamp coolers were non-operational in two seperate locations and had been for several weeks to several months, so I went with Epic for true AC even though they cost a bit more.
