He took the time to explain everything and was so kind in helping me setup and navigate the Epic Storage app. Which by the way is incredible. It's so easy to use and such a convenience. Mr.G service was incredible. He helped us out literally at 6:59 when he was about to close. He was the sweetest ever and make sure our issue was resolved even though we stayed till after closing.
