Benito and Max were out today. They were courteous and very helpful as they addressed a small, but important to us issue. They had to remove the parts and will bring back replacements as soon as they are fixed. They were very prompt in response as well.

Installers told me that my window shutters were to close to the windows and they may have problems with the installation.I told them to hold off installing the windows until I got a guarantee from their headquarters that my shutters would be repaired or replaced if damages occurred because of the installation of windows. The Headquarters guaranteed that they would repair or replace my shutters if damaged.Needless to say the installation was perfect and I am very pleased with the completed job.Great company to work with from sales, operations, office personal and installers. Many thanks, I highly recommend this company. I interviewed at several window companies and they hands about them all.
