After breaking down today when picking up my toddler from nursery I was at a loss of what to do. I tried calling my breakdown cover but was going round in circles and getting no where fast. After a quick google search I called Dan to ask for a quote, which I was pleasantly surprised by, and within 15 minutes he had someone with me loading my car. I’ve used Dan twice now and both occasion's I’ve had an excellent experience. The first was planned but the second I broke down on a bank holiday Monday . After making the call the recovery truck arrived within an hour and quickly got me back home to unload my van before taking the van to a garage that he arranged to get it repaired.Excellent service will definitely recommend!! I broke down in Kidderminster roughly 2 weeks ago with 2 small children with me, local lad recovery were amazing from start to finish and had recovery to me in no time at all! No breakdown is a great experience, but mine was made a lot easier from the great service, provided by Dan! And when we first found ourselves in the situation, I was concerned about how much I was going to be paying out to get my van recovered. But the price was incredible, and if I ever find myself in the situation again I would 100 percent be using this company again! Less
