I recently hired some bouncy castles from Hardys Soft Play for my daughters birthday party. I have to say the service was top notch throughout. Jenette was always available to speak to and was able to advise what would work for the space we had available. Her suggestion of adding the Diddy cars was a great idea, they went down a storm, I should have ordered 6 not 3! Payment was straight forward and the emails confirming booking, terms & conditions etc were easy to follow. The chap who came to set up, possibly Steve (sorry if that's wrong) was super friendly, arrived early and had even set up before we arrived at the venue. He was able to help me set my phone up for the disco dome music via Bluetooth, which again was a nice touch. He then arrived promptly at the end and packed away with minimal fuss. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I've no doubt it will be costing me a similar amount next year when my daughter requests the same again! Thanks to all involved. Less

Ordered an assault course for a family reunion party. The team were so helpful with advising me on sizing, as I wasn't sure if the assault course would fit the hall. On the day they arrived right on time for both drop off and pick up and everyone had a great time. We will definitely be ordering from them again! Less

We have attended bounce fest multiple times and have seen what a great set up there was so took the plunge and booked for my daughters birthday party. It was so easy to do online and such an amazing selection to choose from, something to suit every taste and age. All the equipment arrived in pristine condition, was set up for us on time and collected quickly after so there was no hanging about.
