Great gym to visit even for beginners. I’ve always felt intimidated going to gym, but with the recommendation of my friend, I’ve tried the Earth class on Classpass and I’ve been visiting since :) Friendly instructors that will guide you through and fix your posture. Would recommend!

Really enjoyed the class today!I think that Dave ran a well-paced class. I really appreciate the encouragement along the way, and (more importantly!) the attention to our form and how accurately we’re performing each exercise.Would come in again if I can!

Awesome classes here! Especially for me who is quite new to S&C. They’re fun, easy to follow, and I’ve definitely seen improvements since joining. The coaches are great (shoutout to Dave, Books & Angel!) - they give clear instructions, correct your form, and make every session enjoyable. Gym is clean and well-maintained with a shower and cute area upstairs to chill in if you want to. Perfect for anyone starting their fitness journey, wanting to get stronger, or just looking for a fun workout!
