Elite Auto Source of L.A. made our travel experience absolutely seamless. As a mom, figuring out car seats, luggage, and getting to the airport on time can be overwhelming, and I was struggling to find a car service that provided car seats. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to find that Elite Auto Source not only offered car seats but handled every detail with such professionalism and care. Our driver sent an ETA before arriving and helped load all our luggage, which was a huge help with a little one in tow. From our front door to the airport curbside check-in, everything was effortless. Traveling with kids can be stressful, but knowing we had a safe and reliable ride made all the difference. When we returned, they tracked our flight and were already waiting for us--no delays, no hassle. Again, they helped with our luggage, and we were home in no time. Their drivers are professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about LA traffic, making sure we got where we needed to be with plenty of time to spare. We have used Elite Auto Service several times for round trips from LAX to where we are staying during our visit. Communication is very easy when booking. The cars are clean and in good condition. The drivers we have had --Charles , Martgol were on time, very professional and easy to communicate with. I will continue to use this company and definitely recommend them.

Elite Auto Source went above and beyond providing transportation service for my 25th business celebration. From the initial call through the event date, they provided 5 star, first class service. I contracted with Elite Auto Service for their Rolls Phantom car and 24 passenger shuttle. Both vehicles arrived well before the contracted time and were ready to provide excellent service. I even encountered a separate issue with a courier service that did not perform as needed, and the owner got on the phone and had another car arrive at the location to handle the additional cargo. At every turn, the representatives at Elite Auto Service exceeded my expectations with their high quality service.
